Our fully sealed Pressure moulded encapsulated Glass Reinforced Polyester (GRP) hermetic doors are the perfect hygienic solution for your Health or Pharmaceutical facility. Available as manual or automatic sliding doors and swing hinged door sets, these non-porous, non-shedding doors ensure there is no contamination risk and are the best solution for your clean room or critical area environment. These moisture and temperature resistant doors won’t swell, or warp and the microbiological coating are not affected by cleaning chemicals.

GRP Door Features:

Pressure Moulded Glass Fibre Reinforced Polyester (GRP) manual or automatic doors.
Single Rebate frames in either GRP, Aluminium or stainless-steel hung on `acid proof` Grade 316 stainless steel `lift-off` hinges.
EPDM rebate or c/w cold smoke seals & intumescent seals.
Manual or Automatic Sliding Pressure Moulded Glass Fibre Reinforced Polyester (GRP) doors.
Available as single and as double bi-parting doors.
Aluminium sliding track with nylon rollers on ball bearings and adjustable rubber slide stops.,
Integral white powder coated (as standard) aluminium track cover with PVC end plates.
Stainless steel floor guide with plastic pin at threshold beside the frame leg – no door track at threshold.

GRP Door Options:

Available as lead lined doors for X-ray protection to all classes.
Available with vision panels for both X-ray and laser protection.
Available as fire-rated (up to F120) and non-fire rated internal door and frame sets.#
